2. Travel Itinerary: Live Love Travel provides a detailed travel itinerary, including dates, destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Any changes to the itinerary should be communicated promptly.

3. Travel Documents: Live Love Travel specifies the necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have the required documents.

4. Travel Insurance: Live Love Travel does not offer travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

5. Changes and Cancellations: Live Love Travel explains its policy regarding changes or cancellations to the travel arrangements, including any associated fees or penalties.

6. Responsibility and Liability: Live Love Travel is not responsible for any loss items, damaged items, or injury incurring during any trip. Travelers are responsible for their own well-being and should obtain suitable travel insurance.

7. Health and Safety: Live Love Travel may provide general health and safety recommendations for the chosen destinations, including vaccinations, travel advisories, and local customs.

8. Feedback and Complaints: Live Love Travel encourages travelers to provide feedback on their services and addresses any complaints promptly and professionally.

9. Intellectual Property: Live Love Travel specifies that all content, including text, photos, and logos, on their website or promotional materials are protected by copyright and should not be used without permission.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law: Live Love Travel outlines the jurisdiction and governing law under which any disputes or legal actions will be resolved.

Confirmed reservations can be cancelled up to 45 days prior to arrival and will receive a full service fee accreditation, any reservation cancellation request must be MADE IN WRITING to livelovetravel.go@gmail.com. Any cancellation with less than 45 days prior to arrival or a no show will result in the service fee being forfeited entirely. Refunds are not possible nor can be processed in the event of a cancellation. Only accreditation will be issued that can be used in the next 2 years,  if cancelling less than 45 days prior to the arrival date, no accreditation or refund will be possible.
